• When can the courier find the location of the customer's car?

  The courier can only find out the location of the vehicle on the day of delivery of the parcel, and they can make a request for the location of the car no more than one hour before the start of the delivery window and only twice.

  How can I enable the in-car delivery service?

  In order to use the service, the customer must be registered in Škoda Connect. It is also necessary to have an active Remote access package (remote access to the car). It then activates the "Access to the car" function on the PORTÁL.

  What if remote access services are not available for my car at the time of delivery?

  If we cannot connect to your car at the time of delivery, it will not be possible to deliver the parcel to the car and we will deliver it to the nearest pick-up point of Zásilkovna.

• What happens if the car will not open?

  The parcel will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point of Zásilkovna, which is the closest to the promised location of the car.

  Will I know the exact delivery time?

  We will inform you about the delivery time in the Zásilkovna app, by SMS and by email, so you will know the approximate time of delivery to your car in advance.

  What happens to the parcel if I have to drive to another location?

  If the driver does not find the car at the agreed place, we will not be able to deliver your parcel to the car and our driver will deliver it to the nearest pick-up point of Zásilkovna. You will be informed about the change and you will be able to pick up your parcel immediately at the pick-up point. You report the password to the operator, which we send to you via SMS.

  What if I park in an inaccessible place, e.g. in a closed company car park?

  For delivery to a car, the car needs to be parked in a public, free and easily accessible place (public parking lot in front of a company or shopping center, street, etc.). If the car is not parked in a freely accessible area at the time of delivery, the driver will store the parcel at the nearest pick-up point of Zásilkovna.

  Can the time or place of delivery be changed additionally, for example if I can't arrive with my car in time?

  As soon as the sender hands over the parcel to us for shipping, you will receive a notification from us in the form of an e-mail with a link on which it is possible to adjust the location of your car within a limited time limit.

• It is safe?

  Of course. For the Car Delivery service, we use our most reliable drivers, and the technical solution on which the service is based has been carefully developed and tested for a long time. It is backed by Škoda and Zásilkovna, i.e. two large and stable companies. And if something were to happen, we are insured for all cases.

• What if the package does not fit in my car?

  The driver is not authorized to handle your belongings in the car in any way. That is, if the parcel does not fit in the vehicle (it will be too big or there is not enough space in the trunk), the driver will not be able to deliver it and will store it at the nearest pick-up point of Zásilkovna.
