B2C

The abbreviation B2C originates from the English expression “Business to Customer”, it describes a business relationship between a seller or a company, and the end customer. B2C is a part of online business = e-commerce. In Zásilkovna, we use B2C for services and activities aimed at the end customer (without VAT), for example, the BetweenUs service—an option to ship a parcel via Zásilkovna mobile app.
