Shipment value compensation service
The Shipment value compensation is the service provided by Zásilkovna. Thanks to it, customers submitting parcels via the Zásilkovna mobile app can simply ensure that if something happens to their parcel (for example, in case of its damaged or lost), they will be compensated for the damage up to the amount of the declared value.
The Shipment value compensation service is available in step 4 of the shipment process.
In the Shipment value compensation field, enter the price of the goods you are sending. We will pay you this amount if the parcel is damaged.
Surcharge for the service will be displayed to you immediately and automatically added to the total price for sending the parcel.
