Your Challenge as a Test Automation Lead:

As a Test Automation Lead in our agile software development team, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Architecting and implementing robust test automation frameworks and regression suites
• Designing, developing, and executing efficient automation scripts
• Ensuring comprehensive automated test coverage while maintaining high test stability
• Integrating test regression suites into the standard development lifecycle through CICD pipelines
• Mentoring team members by sharing your expertise, best practices, and valuable lessons learned
• Continuously refining and optimizing the testing process

The system under test includes mobile applications, web front-end, public API, and batch jobs.

We recognize your pivotal role in upholding exceptional quality. As a lead, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automation and a deep understanding of relevant tools
• Proven track record of successful test automation deliveries in an agile environment
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills for designing effective tests
• Fluency in Czech & proficiency in English for seamless everyday communication
